GrooveArmada

Como tantos grupos electrònicos, sus inicios fueròn detràs de los platos, dònde Andy y Tom compartìan programaciòn en su propio club, un antro llamado Groove Armada. Todo un homenaje a una disco de los años 70.

"Northern Star" fue su presentaciòn al mundo como productores, en el año 1998. No sin antes dejar escapar alguna joya como la preciosa "At the river". La expectaciòn para su primer trabajo ya estaba servida.

El siguiente àlbum en dar la campanada fue "Vertigo", que con temas como "I See You Baby" logrò colarse en las veinte primeras posiciones de las listas inglesas, y los corono como autènticos reyes ingleses del groove. "Goodbye Country (Hello Nightclub)" significò un nuevo paso para Andy y Tom en el 2001, en un disco en que el sonido del club acelera su groove al màximo exponente, y como su nombre ya indica, intentan buscar nuevos sonidos y fòrmulas.

Experiencia de todo esto, unido a unos vibrantes directos en los que la improvisaciòn y el calor humano del groove toman protagonismo por encima de las màquinas, sirve para llegar al 2003 con "Lovebox". Su nuevo disco, con el que Andy y Tom demuestran que aùn tienen mucho por decir.
